Art

I tend to experiment with my art. I draw inspiration from the colorful mosaic that is the Moroccan heritage, as well as from the smells and images of my life, being surrounded by clay and sea.

Shape

Islamic art is all about creating flowers with just a few straight lines. My art is composed of an elementary pallet of shapes: a line, a curve, a circle. These come together to create clean, minimalistic pieces.

Practicallity

Pottery shouldn't be exhibited on the wall. It should be played with, touched. A kettle should absorb deep aromas from the tea boiled in it time and time again. That is why I strive to have my pieces functional as well as decorative.
